DANISH PAPER-CORD WEAVING: 

Dive into the intricate craft of Danish paper-cord weaving, known for its durability and elegant aesthetic. Understand the unique properties of paper cord and how to handle it effectively during the weaving process. Learn the preparation and setting out on small footstools.

REEL RUSH WEAVING: 

Explore the rustic charm of reel rush weaving, a traditional technique using natural rush materials. Learn how to prepare the frame, weave, and create comfortable seats.

Throughout the course, Rachael will provide detailed demonstrations, hands-on practice sessions, and individual guidance to ensure that you develop a deep understanding of each technique. She will also share valuable insights into the process, methodology, and best practices for tackling an array of seat projects.

By the end of the course, each participant will complete three pieces to take home, including two practical and useful footstools. These finished projects will serve as both reminders of the techniques covered and sample pieces for display or use, showcasing your newfound skills and creativity.
