FAILURE TO PAY YOUR BALANCE BY THE CORRECT DATE MAY RESULT IN YOUR PLACE BEING CANCELLED.

INVOICES FOR REMAINING BALANCES WILL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO THE FINAL DUE DATE.
We reserve the right to change or replace any part of the course for operational reasons. If the minimum student number is not met, or other unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel the course, a full refund will be given.
*If a course or workshop must be canceled at short notice due to a pandemic or associated restrictions of any sort, full credit for a future course or workshop of equal value will be given.
We do not take any responsibility for any fees incurred for canceled travel and/or accommodation charges.

IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES, WE HAVE WAITING LISTS FOR OUR COURSES, AS THEY SELL OUT QUICKLY. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL, AND WE HAVE A WAITING LIST, WE WILL OFFER UP YOUR PLACE TO ANOTHER STUDENT.
IF YOUR PLACE IS FILLED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND LESS A $125 ADMINISTRATION FEE.
